Getting free internet on the Motorola v710 |

A couple months ago I upgraded my cell phone to the Motorola v710 through Verizon Wireless. Although this is a great phone, I wanted to access the internet from the phone to check sports scores, weather, email, etc. The v710 is more than capable of doing that, but Verizon charges an additional $5.00 per month to access the internet and makes it appear as though you have to use their service! This fortunately is not true. You can program the phone to use any server you like without needing to pay Verizon for their service... |
